These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Jota Fit, a fitness and calisthenics content platform for creator workflows.
Use of the service
Users may use Jota Fit to organize, prepare, upload, and publish fitness-related content to accounts they own or are authorized to manage.
User responsibility
- Users are responsible for the content they upload, publish, or manage through the platform.
- Users must comply with TikTok policies, applicable laws, and platform guidelines.
- Users may not use the service for spam, misleading activity, unauthorized automation, or content that violates third-party rights.
TikTok integration
Jota Fit may use TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API to allow authorized users to connect their TikTok account and manage content workflows. Access is based on user authorization and approved scopes.
Intellectual property
Users retain ownership of content they create. By using the service, users grant Jota Fit the limited permission needed to process content for the requested workflow.
Availability
We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated Terms.
